Karen Jones

As a result of her systematic approach to school improvement, all of Karen’s schools improved over a short period of time and were judged as Good or better by Her Majesty’s Inspectors. Prior to working with ATT, Karen worked in Senior Leadership positions with Service Children’s Education, part of the Ministry of Defence.
Karen has extensive experience within education, working across all phases from primary to further education. She has led and managed at all Senior Leadership levels, including Executive Principal, and as a Head teacher was responsible for leading transformational change in a previously failing school. More recently she trained as an Ofsted inspector.
Karen’s current role involves leading on improvement across schools, supporting Principals and Senior Leadership teams alongside providing strategic direction for IE Schools.
