Karolina Cotronei is a counsel who focuses on international franchising and licensing, area development and master franchise agreements with a particular expertise in the education, retail, hospitality and automotive sectors. Karolina also advises on franchise registration and disclosure regimes in various jurisdictions.

Karolina has a strong international background. She is an English-qualified solicitor with experience in franchising and distribution in over 80 jurisdictions, including Europe, the GCC and Asia. Prior to moving into private practice, she occupied a senior role within a London-based international in-house legal department of a world-renowned franchisor brand, where she handled a wide variety of commercial legal matters and developed her expertise in franchising from early years in her career.
