A passionate teacher, Head of Faculty and Head of School with leadership and management experience with close to 15 years of providing vision and direction in an International school, I strive to ensure a high quality of education for students in concert with a solid focus on values and integrity.
Coming from the ethnic minority which has suffered the poorest economic conditions since the independence of my country, I believe in education for social justice and reconstruction and am developing an interest in the study of management of cultural diversity in the workplace.
