Thomas is the Managing Partner of Clyde & Co’s Singapore office. He is a corporate transactional lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions across APAC with many years of experience in the Education sector. Thomas leads the Clyde & Co Education team in APAC, which comprises specialist lawyers across a range of disciplines, including corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment and technology.

Thomas advises on a full range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, trade sales and competitive bids, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and financing.

He is admitted as a solicitor in both Singapore and England & Wales.
