Dr Maghin Tamilarasan

Director of Domestic and International Partnerships, Haileybury

Maghin joined Haileybury in August 2025 to oversee the expansion of the Haileybury Education Group. He was previously the International Development Director at Shrewsbury School, successfully diversifying its international partnerships and global footprint.

Prior to his time in the education sector, Maghin held several senior roles in industry covering global strategy, business development, operations and technology management, most recently as VP Global Strategy at Rolls-Royce plc. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and has held a number of directorships and board positions across sectors.
