Stephen specialises in commercial agreements. He is focused on creating value for clients by helping them achieve their business objectives.
A specific area of Stephen’s practice concerns the international arrangements of a number of leading independent and for profit schools including NLCS and Wellington College.
Advice has been given by Stephen and his team concerning the establishment of schools in Bahrain, Bulgaria, China, Latvia, South Korea, and Spain as well as other countries where projects did not complete. Stephen has advised also on the exiting of a school from its agreement in Thailand.
