Shweta Arora has done her post – graduation in Human Development from Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science, Mumbai. She holds over 10 years of work experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. Currently she play an instrumental role at Aptech Montana International Preschool as a Senior Manager of Academics and Operations team.

With her great passion for the Early Childhood Education, she is creating scientifically researched curriculum, setting up the preschools and training the teachers to execute the curriculum across India. She plays a significant role in shaping the academics and operations policies of the preschool.

She has attended several conferences in India & Abroad and believes to stay abreast in the field. She has actively been involved in grabbing several awards for the company.

She has derived validation for the curriculum from renowned institutions and is also an active member of National & International bodies working for Early Childhood Care & Education.

She is an organized, creative and analytical leader and empowers & motivates people around her and her team to bring the best out of them. She dedicates her time to explore innovative ways of developing the curriculum to make it child centered, interesting and enjoyable for the children and also enhancing ways of teaching.
