Shahram Hashemi is the Managing Partner of Aldenham Education Group (AEG), where he leads the global expansion and strategic vision of this fast-growing K-12 international school group. Under his leadership, AEG has become a fully integrated education platform, investing in, developing, and operating premium schools and kindergartens across emerging markets.

Prior to leading AEG, Shahram had 24 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Strategy. He held senior roles at leading institutions including Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, DIB Capital, and the sovereign wealth fund-backed Oman Brunei Investment Company. He previously served as Group Director of Strategy & Investment for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah.

He has also sat on multiple high-profile boards, including RAK ICC, Falcon Technologies, Renna Mobile, and Kempinski Muscat. Shahram brings a proven track record of building value through hands-on leadership, strategic execution, and investment discipline.
