Scott Bryan

Managing Director, Wellington College International

Scott is responsible for leading Wellington College International’s schools’ business and working with partners to ensure the reputation and quality of those schools.

The Wellington ‘family’ of international schools currently consists of eight schools; six in China, one in Thailand, and one in India, educating over 6200 students. WCI has signed a multi-school partnership in India, with the first school, WCI Pune opening in September 2023. Wellington has recently signed a partnership for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, with WCI Jakarta opening in September 2024.

Scott has a thorough understanding of the UK independent sector and a wide range of international experience from more than 25 years of working in education. Prior to joining WCI in 2018, his school leadership experience included headships in the UK, UAE and Switzerland.

After six years of leading WCI, Scott will be returning to the UAE for the 2024-25 academic year as the new Principal of RGS Guildford Dubai.
