Rowan Bell
Head of Human Resources, Taaleem
Rowan is Head of HR at Taaleem. Prior to Taaleem she has over 10 years’ experience of Human Resources within the Education sector, both in the UK and internationally, including 8 years in the Middle East. In her previous career at GEMS Education, Rowan’s role incorporated management of international teacher recruitment strategies, employee relations, HR Operations, employee engagement, reward, performance, and more recently a project role overseeing HR and Recruitment strategy for all new school openings.
An Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), Rowan holds the CIPD Diploma in HR Management, is involved in various HR forums and networks in the UAE, and is experienced in Employment Law across the Middle East region.
Rowan’s role at Taaleem encompasses driving the HR agenda forward for the group across its network of 8 schools, 3 nurseries and Central Office.
