Richard Draycott

Group Chief Investment Officer, International Schools Partnership (ISP)

Richard is the Group Chief Investment Officer at ISP, a leading international schools group with over 100 schools in 25 countries.

Having worked with ISP since inception, Richard has experience of multiple school start ups, acquisitions and new builds.

His background was in consulting and private equity and he has been based in London, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Madrid, prior to his current base in Dubai.

Richard has a lifelong interest in education having taught and volunteered in schools and colleges in Asia and has lectured at the Cambridge Judge Business School.

He attended Edinburgh University, the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Cambridge University.
