Paul Ratcliffe

Chief Operating Officer, Epsom College

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul works with the Head on the implementation of the College’s strategic plan, as well as overseeing all operational departments, including International Development.

Before joining Epsom College, Paul accumulated 20 years of experience in the higher education sector. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at St. George’s, University of London. Prior to that, he worked at Imperial College London, where his responsibilities included managing Imperial’s involvement in establishing the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in Singapore.
