Nikita Rajgopal is a Principal within L.E.K. Consulting’s Global Education Practice, with significant experience advising education companies, investors and strategic stakeholders across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. She works extensively across education sub- sectors, including K-12 education, higher education, vocational education, transnational education and education technology and services.

Nikita has supported more than 300 education-focused engagements across over 25 geographies, advising both corporate and investor clients on strategic and transaction-related priorities. Her experience spans a broad range of service lines, including commercial due diligence, vendor due diligence, growth strategy, value creation, market-entry strategy, operational improvement, business plan development and investment screening and evaluation.
