Having led the establishment of international schools for North London Collegiate School in South Korea and the UAE, (as well as successfully leading the bid to establish NLCS in Singapore), Daniel understands well the challenges and needs of start-up projects, particularly those with a pre-existing UK ‘brand’ – with detailed expertise in the areas of licence/management agreement, school design, business planning and site acquisition, quality assurance, marketing and admissions, recruitment/training of staff, and the establishment of a coherent educational vision and ethos.

Daniel also led NLCS Dubai as founding Principal. He has served as a Trustee of a Multi-Academy Trust, as a state Primary school governor and currently sits on the Governing Boards of four RFS schools: he is Chair of Governors for one of those.
