Krishna Joshi

Head of International Education, Department for Business and Trade

Krishna is the interim Head of International Education at the Department for Business and Trade, UK government. She was previously lead for South Asia, China and Hong Kong in the same team, brokering skills, schools and university partnerships between the UK and overseas partners. Krishna is passionate about collaborating across sectors to solve problems – particularly in the spheres of education, business/trade and international development. Previously a Manager in Public Sector Strategy Consulting at PwC, Krishna advised and worked within 8 UK government departments including DFID, DIT and BEIS and enjoyed joining up the dots to form solutions. Krishna has a MSc from the Social Policy department at LSE, where she focused on cities and development in South Asia.
