Kaushik Mohan is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Singapore office. He is a founding member and leader of the Global Education Practice at L.E.K. Kaushik has extensive experience advising clients in the Pre-K and K-12 education sectors on buy- and sell-side diligences, market-entry strategy, growth strategy, and pricing.

He has also advised private equity funds and investors on investment opportunities, post-acquisition strategy development, portfolio-company growth, performance optimization and profit improvement.

Kaushik has deep relationships with education companies and investors in China, Southeast Asia and Australia, where he has worked on all education segments including Early Years K-12, Higher and Vocational Education, Transnational Education, English Language Training and tutoring and Education Technology.

Kaushik holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
