Jamie Large

Director, Ardingly College International

With a teaching background in Philosophy and Theory of Knowledge Jamie has always had a passion for human flourishing in students and teachers from different cultural contexts. Throughout his time at Ardingly College, Jamie has taken on a variety of roles including Head of Philosophy, IB Coordinator and Deputy Head Academic and more recently Director of Ardingly College International.

In this role he has provided educational consultancy for schools in China, Kenya, UAE and Vietnam, ensuring that considerable value is added to each school in its own unique context. Ardingly College Zhongshan opened in 2022, and Ardingly Astana opened in 2024. Ardingly College aims to open other campuses in the GCC, India and SE Asia in the months and years ahead.
