Hendro Widjaya is a strong leader with over 20 years of experience in education management across K-12, university, and education consultancy. As Superintendent of Bina Bangsa Schools, he oversees six campuses in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Balikpapan, and Malang, Indonesia. His expertise spans school strategic planning, curriculum, staff recruitment and retention, student enrollment, parental engagement, and financial sustainability.

He is also Chairman of the Association of National and Private Schools (ANPS), representing international and national private schools in Indonesia. Under his leadership, ANPS connects with global education networks in Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China, Finland, the USA, and Australia. Passionate about education, he strives to develop responsible global citizens.
