Mr. Dinesh Kothari, a CA by profession has 46 years of Corporate & Entrepreneur experience in UAE since 1974.

After serving as the CEO of Bukhatir Investment Group in Sharjah, initially, he set up his own Corporate Advisory & Investment Banking and then diversified to Merger & Acquisition (M&A) practice, bringing foreign investment in Dubai. Inspired by his Late grandfather Shri Shugan Chandra Kothari, he set up DPS in Jodhpur – India, a ‘Not for Profit’ School.

To provide quality education to the expatriates’ children in UAE, he set up DPS (CBSE) in Sharjah & Dubai and VHPS & SVS (British curriculum) schools.

Now, moving to RAK, for setting up DPS to serve the Indian community here.

Mr. Kothari has been conferred “Pride of India” award by IBPC & honored with the prestigious Mother Teresa Award, for Excellence in the field of Education.

Mr. Kothari’s vision is to play a role in the field of education & contribute to building a strong foundation for tomorrow.
