Edward Clark

Edward has specialised in education leadership recruitment since 2006, working with schools and education organisations globally. He founded LSC Education in 2014, which specialises in leadership appointments, coaching and consultancy. He previously held senior roles at three leading search firms, gaining broad sector experience across UK independent and state schools, as well as international schools.

A former Principal of an independent school, he has first-hand experience in school leadership. Edward holds an MBA and a Master’s in Education. He is an active supporting associate of COBIS, BSME and FOBISIA, and has served as a Governor of both a UK secondary school for over a decade and a Special (SEN) school.
