Charlotte Borghesi is the owner and General Manager of Kidz Inc.  – an Anglo-Italian boutique interior design and furniture manufacturer specialising in school and learning environments.  Kidz Inc creates unique value through combining both business and pedagogical know-how with creativity and design to offer an un-rivalled level of partnership with their customers whilst at the same time re-inventing the industry norms of consultancy, interior design and furniture manufacture.

Charlotte is a passionate, creative and engaging business leader who has delivered 20 years of impressive results in large multi-national FMCG corporations growing some of the worlds most well known and loved household brands.  If you have ever worked with Charlotte you be familiar with her contagious high energy, warm and personal partnership approach to business combined with her passion to simply make schools better places for children to be.

As well as owning a small group of successful nursery schools and a British certified teacher training company, Charlotte is currently completing her Masters in Education to be able to add even more thought-leadership value to her customers. As a mum of 7 children who have together attended more than 20 schools all over the world she not only brings a high level of professional expertise but a broad personal perspective too!
