As Gleeds Primary and Secondary Education Sector Lead, Beth brings over 18 years’ experience specialising in the delivery of complex education and mixed use schemes. She has worked both client side and as Consultant Project Manager, giving her an in depth knowledge of the needs of education clients and the growing trends in this sector. Beth has recently overseen the national programme management of over £500 million construction value of new Schools.

Beth has extensive experience delivering projects on complex, live sites from feasibility, design, procurement through to construction, handover and post occupancy evaluation. She has managed traditional, design & build and PFI contracts, constantly seeking innovation to improve project delivery including the conversion and refurbishment of non-educational buildings as a cost and time efficient alternative to new build.
