Beatrice Cernuta

Director, EY-Parthenon

Beatrice Cernuta is a Director at EY-Parthenon’s International Education Practice and is based in Dubai, where she leads work for clients in MENA. She brings around 10 years of education experience and has led strategy engagements from market entry and growth strategy to operational performance improvement and commercial due diligence. Beatrice has extensive experience working in emerging markets and draws from her experience working in the UK, India, Southeast Asia, Latin America and MENA.

Prior to re-joining EY-Parthenon as a Director, Beatrice spent four years as Director of Strategy and Operations at Tarbia, a Dubai-based education company, where she was instrumental in establishing joint ventures with international education partners and business planning for the company. She also successfully set up and opened the first special needs centre of its kind in MENA as well as a K-12 school.

Beatrice is a frequent speaker at education events, having spoken at EducationInvestor Global MENA and EdEx most recently. She has been quoted in publications such as EducationInvestor amongst others. Beatrice holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Oxford, from where she graduated with a double first class.
