Teaching, mentoring, training and evaluation and working my way up through the field has allowed me to develop my skillsets and expertise at all levels and areas of education.My experience includes offering several modal lessons provided at the state level and organized many training programs and courses for teachers, counselors, evaluators, school principals, and field supervisors. I have had a major role in amending and revising the curricula of the various ranks of the first four grades. participated in various committees and conferences at both national and international level. In my current role I have been promoted as the Education Institutes Assistant Director. My role covers managing of all private school affairs. Since starting a year and a half ago I have managed to oversee the working and modifying the general frame work and guidelines of the private schools and introducing a reviewed and revised licensing system for all new international private schools in Qatar. We are also focusing on engaging with international stakeholders and investors to improve our systems and processes and help develop our international education curricula offer in Qatar.
