Fulton Science Academy and Premier Expand Educational Partnerships in South Korea and Saudi Arabia
The global education sector continues to evolve rapidly as schools, investors, and educational organizations seek innovative partnerships that combine academic excellence, character development, and future-focused learning.
Over the past several months, Fulton Science Academy Private School and Premier School Management and Education Services have announced two major initiatives in South Korea and Saudi Arabia, reflecting the growing worldwide demand for high-quality American educational models centered on STEM/STEAM, gifted education, innovation, and character development.
Fulton Science Academy Private School, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is recognized as one of the leading STEAM-focused independent schools in the United States. Premier School Management and Education Services, a subsidiary of Fulton Science Academy, provides international school management, professional learning, and consultancy services, supporting schools and partners in delivering high-quality educational programs aligned with the successful Fulton Science Academy model.
One of the recently announced initiatives is the development of Fulton Science Academy Atherton in Jeju Global Education City, South Korea. The project recently celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony and is expected to open in September 2028. The campus is being developed as a large-scale international school focused on STEAM education, gifted education, innovation, research, entrepreneurship, boarding opportunities, athletics, arts, and character education.
The Jeju project represents a significant collaboration among educational leaders, investors, architects, and international partners who share a vision for creating globally minded learning environments that prepare students for an increasingly interconnected and technology-driven future.
In parallel, Premier and Fulton Science Academy recently announced a strategic educational partnership in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with MindSpire Education and Hayah International Academy. The Riyadh project, scheduled to open in September 2027, reflects growing interest across the Middle East in educational models that combine academic rigor with strong character development, leadership, innovation, and future-ready skills.
The partnership aims to support the development of a premium educational environment aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals and the region’s increasing focus on educational transformation, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Both initiatives emphasize several shared educational priorities, including:
- rigorous STEM and STEAM education,
- inquiry-based and research-driven learning,
- gifted and advanced academic programming,
- leadership and entrepreneurship development,
- strong character education,
- and preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world.
In addition to these projects, Premier School Management and Education Services is currently exploring and finalizing additional expansion and partnership opportunities in the United States and other parts of the world.
Premier also provides professional learning and certification programs for educators and school leaders, including STEM/STEAM Instructional Excellence, Gifted Education, and Character Education certificate programs designed to support schools seeking to strengthen instructional quality and student-centered learning environments.
“We believe the future of education will increasingly depend on meaningful global partnerships that combine academic excellence, innovation, character development, and student well-being.
