Department for Business & Trade – Education Support

The Department for Business and Trade’s Education Team works with independent schools from across the UK to identify international opportunities. Working in collaboration with a global network of in-country trade advisors and foreign governments, investors and operators, DBT can provide your school with free support across the following areas:

  • Sharing market intelligence and demand / supply trends
  • Advice on operating / partnership models
  • Meetings with governing bodies to discuss international opportunities
  • Introductions to international (government and industry) investors and operators
  • Participation on DBT trade delegations to overseas markets, and support with private overseas visits

If you are interested in further discussing international opportunities, or wish to seek UK Government support with ongoing discussions/arrangements, please contact the following colleagues (subject to regional interest):

Sam Dickson – Education Lead, Middle East & Pakistan, Samuel.Dickson@trade.gov.uk

Krishna Joshi – Education Lead, India, South Asia, China and HK, Krishna.Joshi@trade.gov.uk
