Stephen is a corporate lawyer and is a key part of Clyde & Co's core education team. With 12 years' experience, he has advised educational institutions and providers on a wide range corporate/commercial matters.
He specialises in market entry, M&A and restructuring and joint ventures/investor arrangements and all the related regulatory issues.
