Chief Executive Officer, Early Years Educational Services (EYES) and Quest

Sarah is the owner and CEO of Early Years Educational Services (EYES) and Quest. Sarah set up EYES in 2008 to provide high quality continuing professional development courses and support to educational professionals in the UAE drawing on best international practice. Sarah has over 25 years’ experience of working in the educational sector, teaching both in the UK and overseas and holding senior positions of responsibility. She set up EYES to become the first overseas CACHE training centre in the region and has spent the last 6 years working with the MOSA and KHDA to support and promote the quality of education in both the early years and primary sectors.

Sarah leads a team of highly experienced and qualified educational trainers with specialisms in all areas of the early years and primary curriculum. Sarah has delivered CPD courses in many nurseries and primary schools, both in the UAE and overseas, providing individually tailored in-service training on a wide range of subjects. She works closely with the UK Pre-school Learning Alliance delivering their Quality Assurance scheme.

Sarah’s passion is to ensure that all children get the best possible start to life and believes that by educating and upskilling educational professionals she can support positive them to make changes to their practice.

Sarah is proud that her new company Quest builds on the success of EYES. Quest will cater for the growing demand for high quality training in primary schools and the need for strong partnerships with educational suppliers of resources and services to provide the best learning environments.
