Dr D Gerard J Louis

Gerard has been involved in the field of education for almost 30 years. He was 33 years old when he was first appointed as Principal of a Catholic Secondary Mission School in Malaysia. He has also been extensively involved in training and development both in the field of education as well as in the corporate sector, running programs in workplace counseling, customer relations, talent development and leadership in organization.
He has been associated with the HELP Education Group for the last 13 years. Prior to his appointment as the founding Principal of HELP International School in January 2013, he worked at HELP University as a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychology. He also spearheaded the formation of the university's career-guidance and counseling unit, CAREERsense@HELP and was also the Director of the Center for Workplace Performance and Learning, the unit responsible for talent development in the university.
